Graham, sweet, sweet boy that he is, looked at me with confusion. I could tell there was something he needed to tell me, but couldn't figure out how to say it. Finally, "I not Cami."
"Did I call you Cami?'
"Yes," with a nod.
"I'm sorry, Graham. I know you are Graham," as I reach out to hug him.
He snuggles in, "That's ok."

Your children are so sweet. I love reading about them and your wonderful loving relationship with them. You are such a good mum.
PS. With five kids I often called them by the wrong names!!! I think they just got used to answering to any name at all!!! lol
What a wonderful little boy! My dad gave up on trying to remember our names and would just make up a name for each time he saw us.Some days I was frank or george (his two favorite).
I wish the kids at my day care center would be so forgiving. When I got a name wrong it would result in a quiz of everyone's name in the room to prove that I really did know who they were. (As a "floater" this meant I had to know everyone's names in every room!!)
