I just spent the last few hours filling out a job application. It's the first position I've applied for since 2001. I forgot how exhausting it is to try to get a job. Not only was there the application to fill out, but I didn't even have a resume. Ironic, since the most recent job I held was "Writing Consultant/Resume Writer." I guess I can't use that as the "thing you'd never guess about me" item at parties anymore.

That is rather ironic...I am glad that my employer from last summer wants me back so when I'm home I don't have to go through all of that again. Good luck!
Hey Starr,
It has been a while since I've been on your blog (or anyone else's, for that matter). It was so fun to catch up on everything. Do you mind if I ask where you are applying? And did you get it?
Every time I go to Wegman;s I think of you. The first visit there was impressive, and you know what? It just keeps gettting better! Every time I go there, I come out in a good mood.
I miss our Rutgers Gardens dates, too. The other day, we were on Ryders driving by (but not in) the entrance, and Rheddick, who had been characteristically quiet for about 20 minutes, said, "Hey, can we go see Graham?" I guess he misses our dates, too. I do hope you find the "soaking wet" pictures to post. ;-)
